It's characterized by its soft texture but, at the same time, tasty. Obtained exclusively from fresh Italian tomatoes selected from the field during ripening, and made a few hours after the harvest of fresh tomatoes.
How to use: It is ideal for preparing sauces and gravies to which it gives density and unique flavours.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer the product to a non-metallic container, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2–3 days.
