The Thick Tomato Puree dedicated to the HoReCa world is ideal for those who desire all of the fresh flavour of a freshly harvested tomato in a creamy and enveloping consistency.

To create our puree, we use only 100% Italian tomatoes, whose substantial and resistant pulp keeps all of the aromas and flavours that this land gifts to its fruits intact.

How to use: our thick tomato puree for the HoReCa world is perfect for reasonably quick and fresh recipes, so as to keep the organoleptic properties of the tomato intact. Ideal for pasta sauces with different types of Pasta.

How to store: Store in a cool and dry place. Once open transfer the product into a non-metal container, store in the refrigerator and use within 2-3 days.
